At Gavin Systems we believe that an informed customer is a happy customer. Not
only does it mean that our customers understand the technology into which they are
making their investment, but that each step of the way they understand what it will take
to get that technology installed properly and in a timely fashion. We believe that
there's nothing worse than for the people who you've trusted enough to hire, to revert
to pointing fingers as to why things aren't going as planned; sometimes even pointing
at you! This is why you can and should expect a timetable explaining not only what
will be done, but informing you of what's required by all parties concerned to get them
done. To name a few, things like building access, security clearance, or items
contingent upon other trades need to be identified ahead of time. Gavin Systems
Project Management Team in conjunction with our on-site Foreman will keep you
informed every step of the way . . . in advance! Weekly status updates on past,
present, and upcoming work keeps everyone informed and things moving along
smoothly, something you can always count on with a Gavin Systems Project Manager
(PM) on your account. After a complimentary evaluation of the many aspects of your
project, we can supply you with a Full or Part-time PM who will ensure that your project
is completed on-time and within budget.
